Dear Parents:
Lower School teachers will participate in a Diocese wide in-service on October 14. Lower school students will not be in school that day. Prep and Upper School will attend on the 14th, but will have off on Oct. 21st when their teachers travel to Lynchburg for in-service. Lower School will be in session on Oct.21.
SPARC-We’ve had enough interest, so classes for 3-5 graders will begin tomorrow, October 11 after school. Please contact the office if you would still like to register. Cost is $60.
USTA Quick Start Tennis program starts this Thursday, October 13. Our own Coach Ben Pomeroy will have lessons for 5-6 year olds from 3-3:45 and 7-8 year olds from 4-4:45. Cost is $36 for the 6 week clinic. Contact Mr. Pomeroy with questions.
We are still looking for volunteers for the Fall Festival on October 29. Please feel free to contact Erin Kemp at briankemp29@earthlink.net . Donations are being accepted for the auction gift baskets and Knights Bazaar.
The Tom Connelly Golf tournament is quickly approaching and we need more golfers. Please join your friends and BSH community supporters on Monday, October 17th. Contact Lynn McMinn in the Development Office for more information.
Spirit Night at Erin’s Village Eatery in Powhatan is Tuesday, October 18. Enjoy great food, activities for children and a portion of your bill benefits the school.
